Kathy was effective at keeping me informed of the process to relocate my BMW from Florida to California. My order was originally to ship 2 cars, and due to a late change in plans that changed to 1 car only. While that resulted in a change of carriers, Kathy ensured we were able to keep the same transport schedule, and things went very smoothly. I would recommend Magic Carpet for top-notch service, and will use them again.
