Although the company did what they promised...i.e. delivered my vehicle (without damage and on time) I would have expected a little more customer service...especially for the price that I paid and the length of the trip (California to South Carolina). Most of the communication was via automated emails. There was very little phone communication and no communication while the vehicle was intransit. I expected to hear at least a little communication during the transit of the vehicle. Overall the experience was a success but I think I would expect / demand much more service next time.
