Kristen was very helpful and prompt from the minute we contacted her. I was given a quote immediately which ws very competitive with others. Upon filling out the contract which was a breeze she arranged for a carrier to ship the car. Any questions i had during the process were always ansered promptly by either phone or e mail. I received an e mail from her as to arrival time. I experienced no problems and will use them again if i ship the car.
