After contacting the lowest bidder and contracting with them I was told to read the review of this company on "TransportReviews.com". I did and was deeply concerned when all but two reviews said anything good. So I called and cancelled the contract and was promised my $150 deposit would be returned within a couple of days. That was on 4/15/10 and as of writing this article I still haven't seen my money.My bank is working on getting it back. I then hired another transporter and was promised they could help me. The only difference with this company was they didn't take any money up front.( DON'T USE A TRANSPORTER WHO WANTS MONEY UP FRONT,ITS A RIP -OFF) After almost 2 weeks they finally informed me that my money I was offering for the pickup of my car was to low. They could have told me this up front but they waited till my back was up agaist the wall. FINALLY I used my common sense and went back to Transport Reviews.com and went right to the top with MAGIC CARPET AUTO TRANSPORT. WOW!! what a difference dealing with Stephanie,she said "here is the amount of money cars are being moved out of Arizona" I said lets do it and within 2 days my car was being piked up,NO BS here. Stephanie stated there are alot of cars in Arizona waiting to be moved and you need a good offer and it paid off. The car was actually dropped off 2 days early right in front of my house. Someone at my work was doing the samething and gettig the run around,he contacted Stephanie and his car got moved in 1 day so please don't go by the lowball bids you get because that's exactly what they are. Sorry my review is so long but I wanted to accuratly explain my troubles so you wouldn't make the same mistake. Lastly, the old saying "you get what you pay for " is so so true.Thanks a million Stephanie!
