Good shipping experience

After buying a speciality car in AZ, I was in seach of a reliable shipper to get it to me intact on as quickly as possible. After getting at least thirty quotes by email and a few by phone I decided to go wit the guys at magic carpet because they seemed both reasonable an knowledgeable. The dispatch/ sales person was timely on setting things up and worked with me to speed up the shipment after my current car sold and I was briefly stuck with a rental before my new ride arrived. If I had a any constructive critique to give it would be to follow through on what you say you are going to do. Although my overall shipping experience went through without a hitch, If you are told "you will get a follow-up phone call with shipping status", or "you will get the drivers cell number to text him for an ETA on a delivery"...then you expect the dispatcher to follow throuh and do just that. This is the only spot where I think they could improve....otherwise great experience and I would likely use them again in the future.
