The driver was curteous and arrived on time. He called in advance to let me know when he would arrive. He delivered the car on the date that he said he most likely would deliver it - very impressive considering that this was a move from Massachusetts to Texas. Before the car was delivered in Texas, the driver called to say that he was 20 miles away - this gave me plenty of time to call the person I had arranged to receive the car from the driver.

The price of the transport was very reasonable and did not change after the initial quote. The company contact person, Kathy Ashlock, was very helpful at every stage.

Overall, I had a very positive experience and would use this company again.
