My experience with Magic Carpet and their customer service reps went smooth and easy. Even after my original contact decided to depart the company in the middle of planning my auto transport, Kathy Ashlock picked up my account and handled it wonderfully. The car was picked up on time and delivered on time and being that it was a classic 1956 Ford Thunderbird which has been in my family since 1962, I had many questions and concerns along the way and Kathy, along with everyone else I spoke with at Magic Carpet, put my mind at ease...which made it easy when I made the decision to go with Magic Carpet over the many other transport companies that I researched.
