I purchased a car in Washington and needed it to be shipped to Hawaii as fast as possible. I called Matson a shipping company and they quoted me almost double of what Magic Carpet Transport price was. I called and was immediately given to a representative without any waiting on hold. Her name was Michelle and she was very courteous and helpful. I thought it would be difficult to get a car from Washington all the way to Hawaii but she was very accommodating and explained everything to me. She was very knowledgeable and set the whole thing up very quickly over the phone. I was contact her by phone or email and she responded right away with questions to my answers or any further assistance that I needed. The car arrived 1 week earlier than I expected which was a great surprise. The car was in excellent shape as well. I now see why they are the top ranked carrier. I am very satisfied with their service and would use them again and recommend them to anyone I know.
