I decided to move across country rather suddenly. I was beyond nervous about transporting my car because I had read horror stories about the mishaps that happen. When I contacted Magic Carpet, I was connected to Michelle who was so helpful. She reassured me that my fears were unfounded with Magic Carpet, which they were, and listened to my needs about moving. I needed my car to arrive in DC by the 30th because I was going out of town soon thereafter. She quickly found a transporter who was able to pick up my car 4 hours later. When I had questions about the best way to ensure that my car would arrive in DC by the 30th, Michelle was knowledgeable about the various ways that one could do it, and then made a recommendation. My car did arrive by the 30th in the same condition that I left it, though a little dirtier. Whenever I had a question or concern, I did not hesitate to call and talk to Michelle. She was always patient and reassuring. I would highly recommend Magic Carpet.
