Hilary was very helpful and accessible. The driver who was delivering my vehicle told me I was going to owe him $1,000 upon delivery which was about $400 more than my quoted price. I told him that didn't sound right, he called Magic Carpet Auto, and then Hilary called me back almost immediately. She said that was wrong, and she would take care of it. She handled the situation, and I didn't hear about it again! We just paid the quoted price. Magic Carpet does offer a rebate for writing a review, but it doesn't say what type of review you should give.

It sounds like you were please with our service. I'm glad i could clear everthing up for you, one advantage of working with a brokrage is that we have the means to keep drivers from raising thier prices on you after they've already picked up you car! Disaster averted! We we're glad to hlep!
