Brian, I am sorry to hear that you didnt feel you had recieved a full five star service. However, brian i did look over the order i noticed that it actually took us a little over our average scheduling process, which it took 11 business days for us to arrange the carrier to pick up your daughters vehicle. Also, the location where we were trying to assign a carrier was a little tough to get a carrier to go to that area. I figured that with this transport that you would have noticed i tried my hardest to get a carrier assigned for you, and also helped you out on the amount the driver had requested. I hope that you could rate my professionalism only on this site versus what the driver had requested.... I appreciate your time doing the review, i just hope that you felt that I as an individual did better than what you had rated me on. Thank you!
