Problem with Rebate

The transport experience was close to excellent. However, I have had problems receiving the rebate promised within 6 weeks of delivery, now 4 months ago. I have spoken to the company by phone on at least two occasions and 2 emails, both unanswered regarding this matter and it is still not resolved.

The price of the transport was competitive and not necessarily the lowest quote. The ratings reviewed were generally quite favorable. I did not submit a claim regarding the dirty condition of the vehicle as there were no permanent scratches.

In terms of the transport process, "Stephanie" the person assigned to my order was courteous and proved reliable. She followed up on the pick-up and kept me in the loop as to the expected arrival. However, the communication with the driver might have been better if the exact form of payment desired had been known. The driver, from an independent company, also had difficulty communicating with me as his English pronounciation was difficult to understand. This proved to be troublesome in identifying the specific point of drop off. As it turns out, the vehicle could not be dropped off at my home due to the narrow culdesac. One wonders if this could not have been dealt with prior to the actual delivery.

Finally, if asked I were to use this same company in the future, at this time I would be a bit hesitant.
