I was very satisfied with the service I received from Magic Carpet. I had a somewhat complicated shipping situation, and Kathy and everyone else I interacted with were very patient, helpful, and got the job done. I needed to ship a car from Santa Clara, CA to Honolulu, HI via the port in Oakland. However, I don't live in either place, and the car needed to be pickup up from the dealership where we had arranged the lease by phone. Overall the process went very smoothly, and my father-in-law is very happy with his new CTS-V (it was the only one with a manual transmission anywhere on the West Coast, which is why we needed to go through the hassle). Thankfully we don't have to ship it back when the lease is up...but if we did, I wouldn't hesitate to use Magic Carpet Auto Transport again.
