When I set up my pick up it was between March 31 & April 1 & i was given a price of $770. without notice to me of a secondary transport company my car was picked up April 2. @ 930PM after they gave me a time frame of between 6-8PM!! Then when dropping of my car I had a pre schedule drop off date of April 7th didnt gey my car until April 9 after the truck driver called and added an extra $250!! I called Tony to tell him about how dissatisfied I was and I didn't recieve any compensation for all the different pick and delievery dates and also having to rent a car for 2 days!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Kat, sorry you are not happy with the service you received. I apologize for it being picked up a day late and then delivered a day late. All would have been on time, but the driver could not reach you to get the vehicle picked up on time. The trucking company charged you an extra fee of $250, because you had your car fully packed, which adds additional weight that the driver has to account for. Due to the us delivering one day late, we did give you a discount of $70. We do our best to make sure all of our deliveries are on time, but unfortunately we can't control what happens out on the road with the drivers. Best of luck in the future.
