Customer Service issues

The driver was great - on time, courteous, followed up with me directly!! The account rep I was assigned was less than par. She called me "dear" during every sentence of every conversation, which is condescending, especially when I'm complaining about the service she is providing. I needed to pay in full in advance for the shipment so the receiver would not owe any money. This was a nightmare. She told me she would find out the answer to my question and call me back, but instead she scheduled my shipment with a driver so I had to call again and make sure the full payment in advance was acceptable since the driver was already given the job to come here and pick up the vehicle. All in all, I may use the company again but will likely ask for a different account rep.

Cassie, I am very sorry you felt you recieved a 1 star service. I was able to find you a carrier the same day as your order, I tried hard to accomidate your desire to help the reciever get his vehicle quickly. The price was the same as I quoted and I worked with you in trying to find your desired payment plan. When I called you dear, it was not by any means to be condescending but understanding and respectful. I am glad I was able to get your vehicle moved as quickly as we did and again I apologie if my service was not up to your par. I wish you well. RaeAnn Clark 360-828-8813
