Had questions, got no response!

Upon contacting Magic Carpet Auto Transport on 3/29 via phone, 'Kathy' gave me a quote of $1669; however, on 3/31, when I tried to call 'Kathy' for the quote to be sent via email to me, a 'Stephanie' answered the phone and said that she (Stephanie) would be my NEW contact person...seemed sketchy. So, on 4/2, I emailed Kathy with questions and asked who Stephanie was. Kathy responded on 4/3, by sending a 'blank' email (essentially NO repsonse). I waited a couple more days and on 4/5, I again emailed Kathy, but this time I did not get ANY response. On 4/7, I AGAIN emailed Kathy and AGAIN received NO response. If that's their customer service, I wonder what it would be like trying to get my car back if I chose them to transport it!!

Mo, Well we do apologize that you had not recieved a response back from kathys Email. However, Kathy the rep asssigned to help you has been out of the office all week and has not had access to her email. So we do apologize for that issue, however, if you were to contact our office someone here would be able to help you and explain to you about your quote in the meantime while she is out. And yes we did have a different representative taking over Hawaii quotes and there was a little confusion based on the older hawaii quotes. However, the problem with the response could have been fixed by just a call into the office. Once again, we do apologize for the inconvience. Magic Carpet Auto Transport
