Being that this was the first time I've ever had to transport a car, I was very satisfied with the experience. I thought the cost was fair, as it would have been about the same to drive the car from NY to CA, but with much more wear and tear. Throughout the process Kristaan was in touch with me regarding driver availability, pick up times and any issues that arose. Although it took some time to find an available driver, once one was available Kristaan made sure we were all in contact with each other and were on the same page. The driver was prompt in pickup and very knowledgeable of the town the car was being delivered to, even though it was a very small town. Kristaan kept in touch before during and after the pickup and delivery, and the car was delivered 4 days earlier than estimated. All in all I could say if I had to ever transport another car I would definitely go with Magic Carpet again.
