Trevon would be an asset in any business since he unfailingly keeps the customer informed as to what he is doing, what he expects to happen and then updates on the actual schedule. He makes an effort to call during his evenings and weekends when most brokers are silent. He kept his word on all occasions, has a pleasant and unhurried manner on the phone and deserves his commission. I probably paid 10-15% more for the trip but do not regret the expense.
