My car was damaged. The contact person called me after the fact and didn't realize who she was speaking with and later told me she dealt with "hundreds of customers" though I had been returning her call. I was not pleased with the fact that my car was damaged although the transporter was very apologetic and claims he'll pay to fix it. It's not the type of service I expected and I felt that the contact at Magic Carpet treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about when I called to confirm and check on the status of my car.
