The communication and the vehicle pick-up time was fine. The driver overstated his difficulties in picking-up the vehicle. We benefited in obtaining an enclosed transport for an open transport price. We shipped an expensive auto and were not informed by Magic Carpet of the dangers of using an open transport, especially in the winter time when there is a lot of gravel on the road due to snow conditions. However, we were fortunate to have an enclosed transport. The driver did not inform Magic Carpet or us that they were delivering the vehicle three plus days early. Fortunately, I had provided complete delivery contact information and the person designated to accept the car was in town to do so.

Mr. Mattingly, thank you for the high marks in this review. I do need to point out, that you'd requested an OPEN Carrier, and I was able to find an ENCLOSED Carrier- at the SAME rate. If you had requested enclosed I would have quoted that rate. I'm glad the car was delivered safely and 3 days early.... better early than late... right? John 303- 499- 9734
