Excellent communication. Great service. I was pleased. Car was picked up on schedule, driver was courteous and professional. He contacted me the day before the drop-off to make sure I was available. He met me at a location of my choosing and was on time. He gave me a ride so I could return my rental car and I was on my way. Car was in excellent condition but a little dirty which was expected. Overall I was satisfied with the service.
