Primarily frustrated with timing. The pickup was a full day and a half later than scheduled. Correspondingly the arrival of the vehicle was also a full day and a half late.
Initial contact with driver, his first and primary concern was "do you have my money?".
Conversations with the driver were consistently unprofessional.
It was inappropriate that the car had been tampered with (air cleaner removed).
When car was picked up it was running. When car was dropped off, it would not start.
