Rebate

Magic Carpet did an adequate job coordinating the move of my vehicle.

But here is the problem: they offered a $50 rebate if I would write a five star review on the Transport Reviews website. I did so, but did not receive the rebate. I have contacted them by phone and email multiple times, but after three months have still not received the rebate.

p.s. I checked "Poor" (the lowest rating) for "Honesty" and "Overall Customer Service", but they did not appear on this review, so here it is:

Honesty: POOR

Overall Customer Service: POOR

John, I am sorry that you feel you havent recieved good service from our company. The reason you have not received your rebate yet is THIS IS THE FIRST TIME YOU COMPLETED A SURVEY. I have contacted you several times notifying you that the survey needs to be completed inorder to recieve the rebate check, I have even sent you STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS on how to do this. To this day this is the ONLY review you have posted so far. And in our last conversation when we talked about your transport experience YOU GAVE RAVING REVIEWS ON OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ON MY PROMPT AND CURTEOUS RESPONSES TO YOUR QUESTIONS AND TO THE DRIVERS KNOWLEDGE AND KINDNESS. In paragraph 3 of our terms and conditions it states 3) You MUST submit a review of our service at www.TransportReviews.com within 60 days of delivery. The quicker the better, as TransportReviews.com will send you an automated response verifying your submission 10 days prior to the posted review becoming permanent. We are committed to our customers and do our best to provide you with the highest level of customer satisfaction. However, we understand that this is not always possible, and it is for this reason that we ask you to contact our office and let us make it up to you if you are dissatisfied and become unable to give us a 5 Star excellent review. Also, if we are unable to satisfy you and you do indeed post a less than 5-Star excellent review you will NOT be disqualified from receiving the $50 check from us.
