First off, the service by Kathy at Magic was superior, easy to contact my phone. My vehicle arrived in great condition, and one day early. The negative is the 14 day wait for pickup, the guy who picked it up demanded an additional $70 bucks over the original agreement, and they showed up in a flat bed truck, with no way to load my vehicle on it. After several hours of his waiting for a tow truck to help load it onto the flatbed, he said the tow truck driver wants to much money, and needed to drive our truck somewhere to get it loaded onto the flatbed, which was a little disconcerting. It all ended well, the delivering driver calling us on his cell with updates, and estimated arrival time. I would use Magic again.
Also, there is a $50 buck rebate, paid in advance and refunded, by Magic to submit a review.
