Bait & switch and then lie, that seems to be her style.

Costly delays, lots of agreevation

Quoted prices on the phone to get my business, after 10 days of the car not picked up, she tried to raise the price.

Emails were sent twice that the car was picked up, but when I called to ask about the driver contact info, she said someone clicked a botton by error, she does not have a driver yet.

Jack, a little disappointed in your review. I never lie you just didnt agree with what the carrier wanted to do the job. It is my job to tell the customers when we receive a call from a carrier with an offer which is up to you to say yes or no. Kathy~
