My family and I would never use this company again. Although most of the problems stemmed from the man who was actually transporting our cars, Magic Carpet was in poor communication and should have screened out the auto transport company before suggesting we use them. Our cars weren't picked up until over TWO WEEKS after their "date available." We put many calls into our contact, Kristen, with only a few returned. She wouldn't call us back until the following day when we left a message for her. When the cars were finally picked up (17 days after the date we wanted), we had a hard time getting in touch with our auto transporter so we would call Kristen with Magic Carpet. She couldn't get ahold of him either and that is where she would leave it. When our cars were sent to the WRONG city, Kristen agreed that we should be compensated for the extra WEEK we had to wait due to the truck driver's error. She did nothing to make sure this followed through; however, because we still had to pay the full amount upon car arrival. After our horrible experience with the auto transport company - which a story for a different time, Kristen "said" they would never use them again, but how does this help us?
