Kristaan is very knowledgeable and a great communicator.
She won me over the first time I spoke with her. The cost was competitive. The time to make delivery was very reasonalbe...pick up on the 18th and deliver on the 25th.
The car was picked up 3 days after I notified Kristaan it was ready. The seller called me when the car was picked up to tell me how impressed he was with the driver and the transport vehicle.He even took photographs of the loading and the truck and emailed them to me.
I was concerned when the driver called a few days later and said he was going to miss the delivery date... very bad snow storm between Idaho and Texas. Once he made it to Texas he had another problem with a flat tire on the truck. This put him another day behind. I was starting to get nervous and was in communication with Kristaan. She was very calming and helpful.
When the driver called me, at 8:15 on the 27th, that he was at the end of my block all was forgiven.Considering what he went thru to make the delivery I think 2 days late was not a big issue. He was a very nice and concentious young man. I could tell he was working hard and dealing with the elements in a very positive manner. My Porsche was in pristene condition and I was thrilled. I will use Magic Carpet again if the need arises. Once you speak with Kristaan you will choose to work with her...she is very professional.
