Late??? Overcharging???

Pickup was 4 days late. Although there wasn't a rush, the inability to specify a pickup/delivery date and time with accuracy was a problem for the seller & buyer as we were required to clear schedules and wait for the driver. Poor communication about pickup/delivery status.

Shipper does immediate withdrawal of $50 in excess of the actual shipping cost from customer's bank account.

Then promises to send a check back with the $50 overcharged within a month or two.

Clifford, I am sorry you felt we did not provide five star services to you. I was always available and responsive to your instant messages. The driver had some issues with his wench and had to have a new one installed to load your in-op vehicle. I was in contact with your seller 3-4 times daily to make sure the drive has been in contact with him. I called/left messages with the driver 4 times a day to get updates, he never returned my calls. I apologize for the drivers delay and lack of communication with you and your seller. And I don’t understand how you where over charged, because you where not –Crystal Warner-
