When they finally found a carrier for my truck, it was about 12 days later when I had it. Granted, there are very few carriers that drive through Montana, and in the winter season no less, but my truck made it to Georgia without a hitch. The people I talked to were very friendly and helpful. Great customer service for sure.

The truck was dirty when I received it, but you can't really expect it to be clean when it's been on an open carrier for 12 days straight. So, no harm no foul.

My only disappointment with this transaction was that between an online quote, a phone quote, and what I actually paid were three different prices. I ended up having to pay an extra $125 for the carrier I guess. I don't really know. Oh well, my truck is finally here and that's what matters.

I would definitely use Magic Carpet again, but I would make sure that I wasn't having a truck shipped from the remote location of Montana way down to the deep south.
