Having never moved across the country before, we were very nervous about hiring an auto transport company. We were looking through the internet, and Magic Carpet Auto Transport seemed so much better than the other companies out there. We were in touch with Kathy Ashlock immediately when we called. She was very prompt and accomodating to our needs and our communications back and forth were flawless. We never had a problem getting in touch with her. Her helpfulness was above and beyond any we have experienced. We gave her the specific dates that we need our two cars, which were both Mercedes Benz, to be picked up and delivered and she was able to accomodate our dates perfectly and without a glitch. The friendly driver came on time and delivered the cars safely. During the pickup and after the delivery, Kathy contacted us several times to make sure everything was smooth and pleasant. She seemed to have tremendous care about customer service. I was truly pleased with Kathy, the driver, and Magic Carpet Auto Transport. I will definitely recommend only this company in the future. Thank you very much for everything.
