I would use Magic Carpet again in the future. Kathy was very helpful and prompt in our communications. She returned all my calls and often called to update me on the situation. We had some trouble with the carrier but it was outside of Magic Carpet's control and Kathy did everything in her power to help me out and keep me informed. Even though my car arrived 2 weeks late, it was not Magic Carpet's fault and they were very helpful in getting me all the information I needed in tracking what went wrong. Magic Carpet has even gone so far as to put the carrier company on a do not use list. Magic Carpet truely cares about their customers and will do everything in their power to make sure they get the best service possible. Magic Carpet really lives up to their 5 star rating and deserves nothing less. The price I received was comparable with all the other company's that I had looked into and was even cheaper than many others. I chose Magic Carpet because of their responsible price, great reputation with customer service, and good overall reputation with their business. If I need my car shipped again, I wouldn't hesitate to use Magic Carpet.
