After some initial difficulties with a problem trucker/company, Kathy connected me with a driver (Mike) with East Trail Transport - and from that point on - the delivery of the vehicle to my son in San Diego was completed satisfactory. In fact, the time frame from pickup in Springfield IL to San Diego CA was only three days. My contact with Magic Carpet (Kathy) was personable, knowledgeable and appeared to be interested in providing excellent customer service.
