Overall, I was pleased with the service. Despite the holidays they were able to arrange pick-up for my vehicle. The shippers were very professional and took great care of my car. The shipment was a day late on both delivery and pick-up, but with the holidays and weather it was understandable. The only criticism I would give is for the company or shipper to provide more updates along the journey. Other than that, I have nothing but positive things to say.
