Good service from Magic carpet, but ...

rather poor execution through the tranportation company. The car was picked up on time, but the delivery date changed a couple of times (e.g., truck damaged, traffic, etc.) which made it hard to be there on time. On top, the car was damaged and the only set of keys was lost. However, Stephanie from Magic carpet was very helpful in bringing the case to the attention of the transporter, identifying the responsible persons and making sure that I get the support and results to settle the case. Especially when there were problems regarding coverage, she stepped in, set up conference calls and supported my case very strongly and professionally. If there is anything to be said regarding improving, then Magic Carpet should review more carefully the companies they are working with as a broker.

Michael, I apologize for the damage that had occured to your vehicle. I am happy to hear that you understand that i have been trying my hardest to assist through the damage claim.
