This is my second car transport using Magic Carpet. Both experiences were excellent and Crystal handled both of my transports.My first experience was moving a BMW Z3 from AZ to NH. Crystal guided me through the process and recommended I put the convertible on the top rack to prevent oil drips on the canvas top. The car arrived in great shape. During this transport weather impacted the driver in Maryland, the snow storm put him back a bit but Crystal let me know the new ETA whcih was only off by 5 to 6 hours. This is a great company to do business with, the service is great and prices are great! I highly recommend using this company and my experience with Crystal was wonderful.
