The car was picked up late and delivered late but arrived in good condition. I was approched by my representitive to pay $25.00 extra to have the car picked up, even though it was already 2 days late. I objcted and the fee was waived, the car was picked up anyway. The car was promised absoulutly no later than two days before thanksgiving (we had travel plans), but arived at 2am, a day late. I live in the same town they are based and would probably use them again, but would ask for assurances on the timming of the delivery.
