Good friendly & efficient service by agent Stepnie at Magic Carpet for my requirments (order 289784) to avoid early winter driving & have my VW Jetta transported to Dover area New Jersey from Simi Valley CA. She co-ordinated it well when I was delayed in going east & it appeared that if my car were picked up on day I'd ordered it might arrive too early for me to travel from JFK & out to N.J. to rendezvous with driver. She managed to find for me & get me switched to another later departure carrier, and the bonus fo my $900 fee was that this particular carrier was a fully covered truck - at no addditional charge! The driver worked with me on pick-up to rendezvous at an easier street then our own make it with a drop site I could get to easily from NYC. All in all a very good experience & Stepnie was gracious & helpful on the phone at all times.
