This was my first experience of transporting an auto. Before contacting Magic Carpet, I read the reviews of several of the top rated auto carriers. My main concern was to get someone with experience in getting my car to Alaska. Another concern was to coordinate my car's arrival in Alaska with my arrival in Alaska. My choice of Magic Carpet was undoubtedly the best choice I could have made. When I first called, Crystal worked with me to ascertain which would be the best time for pick-up. Then she worked through the days to find out when the truck driver would be able to get the car to the port for loading on the ship, when the ship would leave port and when the ship would arrive in Alaska in coordination with my arrival. Crystal did everything perfectly! Even though the truck driver was a little late picking up my car, due to tire troubles, he still managed to get it to the port on time. Crystals calculations were perfectly accurate. My car arrived in Alaska on Sunday, and I arrived on Monday. If I ever need to ship a car to or from Alaska again, I will use Magic Carpet Auto Transport again. I have no reason to use anyone else. Thank you Crystal for a great job!
