Two states, two continents and two time zones and it all worked beautifully. Crystal did a great job of managing the move of the vehicle from California to Texas. Living out of the USA, I was a bit nervous about the process because I knew I would have to rely totally on Magic Carpet and their staff to make sure the car could be picked up and delivered. Not only that, but I have never transported a vehicle before. Throughout the process, timely notes kept me informed. Contact information was clear and direct. The pick up was on time and only three days later the car safely arrived in Texas. It really couldn't have been any easier, just a quote request from the web site and the rest fell easily into place. Payment and documentation also went very smoothly. I now understand why they have been consistently ranked one of the top Auto Transport shops. I will definitely remember my positive experience and recommend Magic Carpet to friends and famliy in need of this service.
