I had good customer service experience working wirth Magic Carpet, I was able to get information in a timely matter. Nicole was alway available for questions. I spend onver 2 weeks trying to get my car from Denver to Virgina, I had arrange the pick up with another customer that charge my credit card and never pick up my car, they let me waiting for 2 weeks. Finaly I got a call from Magic Carper, I my car was pick up in 1 day. It was great. I received my car in good condition, I little dirty but not bad at all.
