My experiences with Magic Carpet Auto Transportation have been amazing. I was recommended this company by a good friend who had used them before in the past as well and it was also the person whom I had purchased the car from. The car was a 1965 classic jaguar. Naturally I wouldn't want anyone dealing with the car who didn't have experience or trust. He highly recommended Magic Carpet because he cares for this car as much as I do. I called on the day after Thanksgiving and the people who assisted me and the executive who had been assigned my order were fantastic to do business with. The representative I had been assigned was a woman named Nicole and she was constantly sending me emails with updated information.They are casual and funny but also very professional. The employees always had educated and correct answers to all my questions. I must have called 15 times over the weekend and they treated me as patiently and wonderful each time. The price was also extremely reasonable. I had been quoted over twice the amount they charged for the same service by different companies. Its good to deal with a company who charges competitive prices with A+ customer service. Usually a customer has to sacrifice one or the other. The car was picked up 2 days after my preferred day and delivered the next day which is also something in which I was personally astonished by. All in all, I know who I am going to call with my transportation needs from now on. I highly suggest you do the same.
