Everything went very well. I was able to contact and re-contact my primary customer service person (who took my order) any time during business hours with ease.

The carrier picked up the car on the next business day after we ordered the transport.

They quoted a fairly long delivery time, but it was during the holidays.

When the car was getting close, the company put us in direct contact with the driver of the transport carrier.

Due to the thanksgiving holiday, the car was not supposed to arrive until the weekend after Thanksgiving, but we contacted the driver and he was able to meet us before Thanksgiving - which was great! The driver was courteous and kept in contact with us, and even met us closer than agreed to drop off the car.

The car arrived in good condition, a little road dusty, but no worse than having been driven around town on a rainy day.

We would recommend this company again.
