Well being a newbie to the auto transport experience, i was dooped by Move On Time and paid a non-refundable fee of $200 for the worst customer experience ever. However all was made better by my experience with Magic Carpet. I received immediate and excellent service and a driver was found the same day. I recommend them to anyone who does not want to hassle with the shady companies that are unfortunately a part of this industry. Magic Carpet also gave me a much appreciated military discount and was well informed with the delivery of vehicles to military installations. They were there whenever i had questions and always communicated with me every step of the way. To all the Soldiers out there, this company knows how to treat us. Do yourself a favor and roll with the best. Thanks Brandon.
