Customer service was superb. I had to coordinate pick up with my brother and the transport service was late picking the car up. She got involved immdiately and had everything resolved quickly. Its nice to see a company pride themselves on customer service - too often it goes unnoticed but in the end - its all that you remember. Magic Carpet was reccomended by a friend and after my experience I can see why. They might not be the least expensive, however in the end - you get what you pay for. Great service, Nicole you did a wonderful job.
