I appreciate the fact that the driver was early, he waited a day in my new town because I wasn't to arrive until the next day. I called the office and they called me back the very same day with a pickup date of the same day or the following day. They wind up picking it up a couple days later but only because I wasn't available. The driver made it very convenient for me to meet him to pick up the car. My car arrived about 20 minutes after I landed in my new town as he said it would. And it was in the same condition as when I sent it. I would certainly work with this company and would recommend it to anyone.
