After caneling with two other car transport companies because of their lack of proffessionalism and customer service I was refered to Magic carpet by a friend of mine. Moving your whole family is already stressfull enough but to have to worry about making sure your vehichles are being taken care of and will be where they are scheduled to be is a headache all in itself. I dont want to spend allot of time talking about with the other two companies didn't do instead I'll Tell you with the Associates at Magic Carpet did do, because I already ready canceled twice with two other transport companies becuase of poor business practices I was short for time behind schedule and needed to have my vehichles gone as soon as possible. I inquired about this company on line. I sent a request for a shipping qoute and in less than 15min I had a comparable qoute and a courteous associate by the name of Cathy who assisted me. With the other two transport companies it was never about the price of shipping the vehichle because we all know that you get what you pay for. As soon as I gave down payments for transporting I could no longer get in touch with the associate that was assigned to me. Not in this case with dealing with Magic Carpet! I recieved weekly updates from Cathy which made the whole process way more easier and less stressfull. Once again the fact of knowing your property will be taken care of and the respect and proffessionalism that you recieve from someone on the other end of the phone goes along way. Magic Carpet did an excellent job!
