Don't Deal with Kathy!!!!

Kathy was very quick to take my order, but after that she has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. She completely turned me away from this company. If you have to use this company I would deal with Nicole. She is very nice and understanding. Kathy did not stay in communication with me and did not tell me that my car was getting pushed back 2 more days to be picked up. She just argued with me on the phone and kept making excuses. She must hate your life because it shows over the phone. If you don't like what you are doing then quit. I have never been treated so rudely on the phone before I had spoken with Kathy. I was told that she would call me back 3 separate times and of course I didn't hear back like promised. Kathy is bringing this company down, but Nicole is awesome. Thank you Nicole for answering my questions and for covering up Kathy's problems.

In my own defense, I have all but talk to you 3 times we all help out with each others customers. I had to be the one the called you with the bad news that the driver was stuck in a snow storm. I don’t feel that I was being rude or disrespectful, just the person that called to give you the bad news. I’m sorry things didn’t work out. Kathy~
