The shipper of my 1972 Buick Skylark was excellent. He had to drive in snow to get to the end location of South Dakota. He was patient with the pickup in Illonios and when he picked the car up he called me and gave me a estimated time of arrival in South Dakota. He was surprised with snow on his trip, but he didn't take any unnessary risk. He pulled over and spent the night at a truck stop so he wouldn't risk an accident to himself or the precious cargo he was shipping. When he got woke up the next morning he called me and told me the situation with the weather and I was greatly satisfied with not putting himself or the car at risk of an accident. He then kept in touch with me when he was 4 hours away and then he called me when he was 1 hour away. I was really happy when he kept calling me because I was at work and I needed ample time advance notice, so I could leave work. When he arrived he already had the car unloaded. I gave him the money and talked with him for awhile. He explained to me about where he came from and where his next stop was.

It was also nice not to try and give him directions to the house. He punched it into his computer and it gave him the specific directions to the house. When the car arrived it was in perfect condition, like it came from across the street. There was no mud, dust, scrapes anything. I was very pleased and satisfied with the whole experience and would suggest using these people to anyone when transporting a vehicle.
