Magic Carpet personnel were very helpul and friendly in explaining how the auto transport process works. I had never done it before and was nervous to give my less than 6-month old car to a company to transport.
The people at Magic Carpet were great at organizing the quote. Within minutes of their posting the service on the dispatch website, a driver had picked it up. The driver and his company did well too – he arrived a few days early, much to my surprise – which I was not prepared for but luckily between him, Magic Carpet, and my contact in California who was meeting the car it was sorted.
Overall, great experience with Magic Carpet and the truck company – communication was constant and I knew at all times what was happening. Thank you!
