I was overall pretty satisfied with this company, although I had a few minor complaints. I had to call at least 5 times after my initial email to get in touch with my assigned associate. She did not return my emails after the initial inquiry and never seemed to be in the office when I called. I finally explained my frustration and threatened to take my business elsewhere or else - the receptionist finally made an effort to find someone to take my order. After that, I seemed to get much better service. Once she got with the program, Nicole did a much better job of communicating and explaining the process and rules.

My second complaint was with the delivery time-line. My Suburban was picked up on time in Florida on a Friday and delivery was estimated on Monday. Come Monday afternoon, not truck... I called the office and Magic Transport was friendly but said that Monday was just an estimate. Ok, but I have to be able to make plans... Tuesday, still no truck. I asked Magic Transport about the status and they hadn't called the driver for a status update. I badgered them until they did that and found the driver had been stopped for some random DOT inspection and was delayed. They finally gave me the number of the driver so I could cut them out of the loop (their receptionist didn't seem inclined to show any initiative or take any extra steps. Perhaps they are short staffed - I won't judge, just report what I experienced, but I hate having to tell people to get off their tail and do their job...

The driver was a great guy and very friendly. I live in a residential area with narrow streets (too small for his truck...), so we had to coordinate to meet in a parking lot, but the Suburban arrived in better condition than expected. I could have dealt directly with the driver and cut the transport company out of the whole equation, things would have gone much smoother. I'd be surprised if they post this review - I hope I am wrong...
